Heavention 2025 Terms of Use<\/strong><\/h4>

INTERNAL USE ONLY: Distribution limited to pre\u2011authorized organizational Google accounts. No public sign\u2011up. Last Updated: 2025-10-02<\/p>

1.\u00a0Purpose<\/strong>
The App provides internal QR attendance logging and synchronization to organization\u2011controlled Google Sheets. It is not a public consumer service.<\/p>

2. Acceptance<\/strong>
By using the App you confirm you are an authorized internal user and agree to these Terms.<\/p>

3. Eligibility<\/strong>
Only pre\u2011approved organizational Google accounts may access. Sharing credentials or sideloading the app to unauthorized users is prohibited.<\/p>

4. Authentication & Accounts<\/strong>
Users authenticate via Google (Firebase Authentication). You are responsible for safeguarding any device while logged in.<\/p>

5. Authorized Use<\/strong>
Scan only official organizational\/event QR codes
Use data solely for legitimate internal operational purposes
Maintain confidentiality of any internal identifiers.<\/p>

6. Prohibited Conduct
<\/strong>Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to bypass security controls
Injecting malicious code, excessive automated requests, or data scraping
Unauthorized export, screenshotting, or redistribution of sensitive attendance data
Sharing app binary or authenticated sessions with unauthorized parties.<\/p>

7. Data & Privacy<\/strong>
Minimal operational data only. See the Privacy Policy for data categories and retention. No advertising SDKs or behavioral tracking.<\/p>

8. Role-Based Interfaces<\/strong>
Administrators may see enhanced dashboards (e.g., aggregate or audit views). Standard users see their operational scanning interface.<\/p>

9. Security & Permissions<\/strong>
Camera: Real-time QR decoding only; no stored images
Network: Sync attendance entries
No background location or continuous sensor tracking
Report suspected misuse immediately to support.<\/p>

10. Disclaimer<\/strong>
THE APP IS PROVIDED \u201cAS IS\u201d WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. OPERATIONAL ACCURACY (INCLUDING SCAN VALIDITY OR NETWORK SYNC) IS NOT GUARANTEED.<\/p>

11. Limitation of Liability<\/strong>
To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.<\/p>

12. Data Integrity<\/strong>
Offline scan queues may require reconciliation after connectivity returns. Administrators may perform corrective adjustments responsibly.<\/p>

13. Termination<\/strong>
Access can be revoked for policy violations or organizational changes. Account deletion removes the authentication identity but does not erase historical attendance records already stored.<\/p>

14. Governing Law<\/strong>
